FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-7232. Franklin County Treasurer, Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, Plaintiff, vs. Go Freight Inc., et al., Defendants. Defendants, Go Freight Inc., whose last known address is 1647 Myrtle Ave., Columbus, OH 43211 and PO Box 24152, Columbus, OH 43224; the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of Go Freight Inc., if they be deceased or remarried, and whose last known addresses are unknown; Unknown Tenants, whose last known address is 1647 Myrtle Ave., Columbus, OH 43211; and the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of the Unknown Tenants, if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1647 Myrtle Ave., Columbus, OH 43211, Parcel No. 010-059378-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
