U.S. Bank Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of the COLT 2020-RPL1 Trust, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Spouse, if any, of Alan G. Simmons aka Alan Simmons, et al., Defendants.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Alan G. Simmons aka Alan Simmons, whose current addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on January 9, 2026, U.S. Bank Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of the COLT 2020-RPL1 Trust, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2026 01 0126 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2306 Richmond Rd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Permanent Parcel No. 0204950 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may claim to have an interest in this Real Estate.
The above named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
