PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Brandy Lynn Ponsaa, et al., Defendants.
Brandy Lynn Ponsaa and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brandy Lynn Ponsaa, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on February 3, 2026, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2026 02 0447 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2230 Larchdale Dr., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Permanent Parcel No. 0207307 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may claim to have an interest in this Real Estate.
The above named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the above named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
