Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Timothy C. Myers, et al., Defendants.
Timothy C. Myers, National Finance Corporation, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Timothy C. Myers, whose current addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on June 6, 2025, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2025 06 2593 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2459 15th St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223, Permanent Parcel No. 0211206 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may claim to have an interest in this Real Estate.
The above named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
