Defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Barbara Jean Cope aka Barbara J. Cope, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on March 25, 2026, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026 CV 00177, Columbiana County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Barbara Jean Cope aka Barbara J. Cope, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as:
797 Pine Tree Circle,
East Palestine, OH 44413
Parcel No(s).: 68-01027.000 and 68-01028.000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on June 8, 2026.
