FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-6131. Oakmont Village Condominium Association, Plaintiff, vs. Melissa A. Payne, et al., Defendants. Defendants Melissa A. Payne and the unknown spouse, if any, of Melissa A. Payne, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1094 Oak Bay Dr., Galloway, OH 43119, Parcel No. 010-244977-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; for reasonable rent during the pendency of the action; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
