FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-7827. Tower DB XIII Trust 2023-1, Plaintiff, vs. Virginia McCall, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, Virginia McCall and Victor Doe, the unknown spouse of Virginia McCall, whose last known address is 6901 Johnson Rd., Galloway, OH 43119; and The Union Bank Company, whose last known address is 461 Beecher Rd. Gahanna, OH 43230, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 6901 Johnson Rd., Galloway, OH 43119, Parcel No. 230-001647-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims, or that Plaintiff be awarded title to listed property. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
