Baldwin, Jr., and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Harry Baldwin, aka Harry T. Baldwin, Jr., whose last known address is 6567 Hall Rd, Galloway, OH 43119, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 6567 Hall Rd, Galloway, OH 43119, Parcel No. 240-002075-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
