The Defendants, Corey Cooper and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Corey Cooper, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 21, 2026, the Plaintiff, NewRez LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 26CV000018, in the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 222 Lane St, Sidney, OH 45365, Permanent Parcel No. 01-1836226.005, 01-1836226.004,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Corey Cooper and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Corey Cooper are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
