The Defendants, Tyler McLain and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Tyler McLain, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on February 11, 2026, the Plaintiff, SERVBANK, N.A., filed its Complaint in Case No. 26CV000036 , in the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 320 Doering St, Sidney, OH 45365, Permanent Parcel No. 01-18-25-178-018 & 01-18-25-178-017,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Tyler McLain and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Tyler McLain are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
