CASE NO. 2025 CV 02276 To the Defendants Lavender J. Torres and Emmanuel Torres, whose last known address is 117 Simon Drive, Akron, Ohio 44305 whose present residence/address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Supplemental Complaint on the 30th day of January, 2026. The object of the Supplemental Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under one (1) mortgage against the following described real estate: Property Address: 913 11th Street NW, Canton, Ohio 44703 PPN: 221003 And for a judgment upon a note executed to Plaintiff by Defendant Lavender J. Torres. The relief demanded is a judgment against the subject real estate in the amount of $75,941.94 plus interest at the rate of 5.8750% per annum from April 1, 2024; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgages may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claims; further that Defendants be required to answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.
