Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Whispering Pines MHC, LLC, a manufactured home park owned and operated by Horizon Land Co., intends to petition the Portage County Municipal Court to issue a Writ of Execution to obtain title to that certain manufactured home titled in the name of Christina Marshall.
