PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority (PARTA) is seeking feedback on a proposed discontinuation of route 46. This change will not affect routes 40 or 45. PARTA staff will be available to take public comments and feedback during the following times and locations: March 24, 2026 Kent Free Library 6:30pm -7:30pm March 25, 2026 Kent Central Gateway 1:00pm ? 2:00pm Comments will also be taken by phone at 330-678-1287 through March 25, 2026, by 4:30pm.
