NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE KENT CITY BOARD OF ZONIING APPEALS WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING AT ITS REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING ON MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026, AT 7:00 PM IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT KENT CITY HALL, 319 S. WATER STREET, KENT, OHIO. THE FOLLOWING CASE WILL BE DISCUSSED:
