RESOLUTION NO. 2026-19CITY OF CLYDE, OHIOAUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ABI FORCE Z-23 ZERO-TURN LASER GRADING MACHINE FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Clyde, State of Ohio:SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Baker Vehicle of Macedonia, Ohio, for the purchase of an ABI Force Z-23 zero-turn laser grading machine in the amount of $47,311.30 as per the attached quote.SECTION 2.
