RESOLUTION NO. 2026-18CITY OF CLYDE, OHIOAUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PYROTECNICO, INC. FOR THE JULY 4TH, 2026, FIREWORKS DISPLAY.BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Clyde, State of Ohio:SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Pyrotecnico, Inc. of New Castle, Pennsylvania, for the purchase, delivery, and presentation of an aerial fireworks display at the City of Clyde Reservoir on Saturday, July 4, 2026, for the amount of $60,000.00, as per the attached agreement.SECTION 2.
