PUBLIC NOTICE Clinton Metropolitan Housing Authority has developed its 2026 2030 Operating Plan in Compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authoritys main office located at 478 Thorne Ave. Wilmington, OH 45177 between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00P.M. Tuesday and Thursday, and Wednesday 10:00A.M. and 6:00 P.M. One Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, March 31st, 2026. The meeting will be at 11:00 A.M. in the conference room at 478 Thorne Ave. Wilmington, OH 45177. A 45-day comment period starts on the day of this publication. All comments should be submitted in writing to the Executive Director via email at Nathan.clintonmetro@hockingmha.org, or can be dropped off or mailed to 478 Thorne Ave. Wilmington, OH 45177.
