NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A MERGER PURSUANT TO SECTION 18(c) OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT In accordance with the publication requirements under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, notice is hereby given that Fifth Third Bank, National Association has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to cause Comerica Leasing Corporation to merge with and into Fifth Third Bank, National Association. Fifth Third Bank, National Association has its principal place of business located at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, OH 45263. Comerica Leasing Corporation has its principal place of business located at 411 W Lafayette, MC 3391, Detroit, MI 48226. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the Chicago Regional FDIC Office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606, not later than May 1, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
