To: Eboni Robinson and Nicole Robinson whose present addresses are unknown: You are hereby notified that Garland W. Robinson, III whose residence was 1157 Kohler Ave., Akron, OH 44314 died December 28, 2025; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 24th day of February 2026; and Bonnie S. Robinson was appointed as fiduciary. Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
