To: The Fiduciary of the Estate of Donald R. Bragg, if any, and all next of kin of Donald R. Bragg The fiduciary has filed an Inventory. It is set for hearing at the Summit County Probate Court, located at 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308 on the 15th day of April, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Unless waived, the fiduciary shall give written notice by any method allowed under the Rules of Civil Procedure upon persons having an interest in the estate as devisees, legatees, heirs and distributees. The fiduciary shall file verification of service of notice with the Court, no later than five (5) business days before the date of the hearing.
