Millikin, Terri Shipe and Rebecca L. Hill whose present addresses are unknown: You are hereby notified that Ellen Millikin whose residence was 3192 Mogadore Road, Akron, OH 44312 died December 15, 2025; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 22nd day of January 2026; and Rita Dawson was appointed as fiduciary. Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
