In the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Portage County, Ohio. 
Case No. 2022 ES 35. 
Estate of James H. Myers 
Cathleen Finch, whose last known address is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on October 15, 2025, Administrator, Amber L. Myers filed an Account in the Estate of James H. Myers in the Portage County Common Pleas Court, Probate Court, in Case No. 2022 ES 35. A hearing is scheduled for May 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
