NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
Applicant Apex Energy Operating III, LLC (“Apex”) hereby gives no-
tice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil
and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled
a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning
Apex’s Christman-M Unit to occur on Wednesday, June 3, 2026
at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set
forth below. Apex seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from
the Chief of the Division with respect to a depth located from 50
feet above the top of the Marcellus Formation to the top of the
