The Boone County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the Boone County Administration Building Fiscal Courtroom, 2950 Washington Street, Burlington, Kentucky. The public is invited to attend and comment.
Request of Anh Phi for a Variance. The Variance is to reduce the minimum front yard setback from forty (40) feet to twenty-six (26) feet to allow for the construction of a detached single-family dwelling unit. The approximate 0.5 acre parcel is located at 2513 Peppermill Court, Boone County, Kentucky. The parcel is zoned Rural Suburban (RS).
Request of Rivers Point Holdings for a Variance. The Variance is to allow an increase in height for all existing and future freestanding monument signage within the Rivers Point Estates subdivision. The approximate 338 acres is located on the east side of North Bend Road approximately 750 feet north of the North Bend Road/Stahl Road intersection, to the east of Deer Creek and Rivershore Farms subdivisions, at the terminus or Stahl Road. Request of Lucas Hennessey for a Conditional Use Permit. The Conditional Use Permit is to allow the existing single-family residential dwelling to be used as a short-term rental. The approximate 0.3 acre parcel is located at 7205 Carolyn Court, Boone County, Kentucky. The parcel is zoned Suburban Residential One (SR-1).
