LEGAL NOTICE

The Pickaway Township Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday May 19, 2026 at approximately 7:05 p.m. at the Pickaway Township House located at 6166 Zane Trail Road, Circleville, Ohio to consider an application for an amendment of the Pickaway Township zoning map, filed by Jacob Shively, regarding property located at 8410 State Route 56 East, Circleville, Ohio.  The applicant is proposing to rezone parcel #J2400020014113 from Farm Resendential (FR-1) to a General Commercial District (C-2).
	 The application proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination for a period of ten days prior to the hearing (5/9/26-5/18/26) at the Pickaway County Public Library information desk located at 1160 North Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 during their regular business hours.
