NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
Applicant, INR Ohio, LLC ("INR"), hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the "Division"), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning INR's Larrick SW Unit to occur on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below. INR seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operations from the Chief of the Division of the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation of the Larrick SW Unit. This proposed unit area includes lands in Jefferson and Monroe Townships, Guernsey County, Ohio. The surface location for the Larrick SW Unit will be located on Parcel No. 26-0000104.000 in Monroe Township, Guernsey County, Ohio.
