Public Hearing — 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio

LEGAL NOTICE

The Warren County Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 5739.021 and 5741.021, pertaining to their intent to consider the adoption of resolutions to levy for an increase of one-half of one percent in sales tax on retail sales made in the County as allowed by law, and an increase in use tax on motor vehicles, watercraft and outboard motors required to be titled in the County as imposed by law and acquired by transaction subject to the tax, and on the storage, use, or consumption of tangible personal property and on the benefit of a service realized as imposed by law, for the purpose of providing general revenues for the county.  Two public hearings are scheduled, the first on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. and the second, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 9:05 a.m..  Both hearings will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.
