The maximum number of years over which the principal of the bonds may be paid is 38 years. The estimated additional average annual property tax levy amounts to $208 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, which is 5.95 mills for each one dollar in excess of the tax limitation as estimated and certified by the county auditor. The first calendar year in which the tax is expected to be due is 2027. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
