LEGAL NOTICE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION OF OIL AND GAS RESOURCES MANAGEMENT RE: APPLICATION FOR UNITIZATION CHRISTMAN-M UNIT MONROE COUNTY, OHIO NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Applicant Apex Energy Operating III, LLC (“Apex”) hereby gives no- tice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning Apex’s Christman-M Unit to occur on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below. Apex seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division with respect to a depth located from 50 feet above the top of the Marcellus Formation to the top of the Onondaga covering the Christman-M Unit area. This proposed unit area includes lands in Sections 1, 2, 7, and 8, Township 3N, Range 5W, Benton Township, and Section 9, Township 3N, Range 5W, Perry Township, all i
