The Sustainable Ohio Public Energy Council (SOPEC), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and York Township, proposes the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at Baileys Trail System Doanville-York Trailhead located along W. Bailey Rd., in Nelsonville, Athens County. The charger installation will include four Level 2 Ports (19kW) which are proposed to be situated in the parking area located at 5034 W.
