PUBLIC NOTICE The New Albany-Plain Local School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3309.345 of the Ohio Revised Code that Scott Emery, director of elementary education and Kevin Freeman, middle school principal, who are currently employed by the Board of Education will be retired and are seeking reemployment with the New Albany-Plain Local School District Board of Education in the same positions following service retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of reemploying the above-named persons at a meeting to be held on April 13, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the Annex board room located at 79 N.
