Notice of Proposed Major Utility Facility Will-Power OH, LLC (“Will-Power”) is proposing to construct a 250-megawatt (MW) behind the meter (BTM), state-of-the-art natural gas simple cycle power generation facility, including an approximately 678-megawatt-hour (MWh) / 339 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and 34.5 kilovolt (kV) gen-tie line to the point of interconnect (the “Project”). Will-Power anticipates beginning construction of the Project in the third quarter of 2026 City of New Albany, Licking County, Ohio with commercial operation in the third quarter of 2028.
