Appeal No. PVAR2026-0060  NOTICE OF HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS  CITY OF SIDNEY, OHIO  Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on  MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Fire Department  Training Room, 222 W. Poplar St, Sidney, Ohio. The Zoning  Board of Appeals is to rule in the matter of:  JEROME FARNSWORTH HAS REQUESTED A VARIANCE  TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING IN THE SIDE  YARD OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 475 FAIRVIEW  AVE. IN THE R-2, RESIDENTIAL TWO-FAMILY ZONE.
