PUBLIC NOTICE The Darby Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Darby Township Hall, 508 4th Street, Unionville Center.  Steven McFaddin, 10174 SR 736, Plain City, OH, requests approval for a variance regarding the size and height of an accessory building. He is constructing a 36x48 pole building with a 14-foot sidewall height and standard 4/12 pitch. The square footage will exceed the allotment for the parcel size and the building will exceed the allowed height.
