            NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Wadsworth Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 6:30PM in Council Chambers, Wadsworth City Hall, 120 Maple Street, Wadsworth, Ohio on an application submitted by Mike Rooks.  The applicant is seeking a variance to extend a 6' privacy fence within the property's Valley View Drive front yard area.  The fence would be located approximately 7' behind the sidewalk.
