Windham Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026 beginning at 7:00pm at the Windham Township Hall located at 9011 North Main Street, Windham, Ohio 44288. The Board will hear an application for variance for Edwin Prasky, Robby Prasky and Marina Collette for property located at 9799 Bryant Road (permanent parcel no 40-083-00-00-003-000). They would like to make a parcel split; however, the parcel will not meet the 200ft frontage requirement. The Board may also discuss other business that may arise. The public is invited.
