By virtue of a Writ of Execution to me directed by the FRANKLIN County Municipal Court of FRANKLIN County, I will offer for sale at Public Auction at Shenandoah Mobile Home Park, 450 Early Ct., Columbus, OH 43207 on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM on said day, the following described property, to wit: Danville NU76F2BDDA built in 1990, with a VIN Number of 11236117 and a Title Number of 2517769858.
There was not an inside inspection of the property and the sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property upon confirmation of the sale. An inside inspection will be available on the date of sale. TOTAL COST VALUE OF USED HOME: $3,780.00
MINIMUM BID: $1.00
TERMS OF SALE: 10% DOWN BY PERSONAL CHECK ON LOCAL BANK. NO CASH ACCEPTED. BALANCE DUE BY CERTIFIED CHECK TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS. CHECKS MUST BE WRITTEN TO FRANKLIN COUNTY TREASURER
Buyer must remove the manufactured home within fourteen (14) days from the sale date, or in order to remain in the manufactured housing park (Shenandoah Mobile Home Park), must immediately after purchase, apply for residency in the park. Purchaser shall have no right to maintain the home within the Mobile Home Park without the consent of the Park Operator. Purchaser may be required to remove the home or transfer title to the Park if not removed.
If the above property does not receive a sufficient bid, it will be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions for the first sale and at the same time of the day and at the same place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
