Beginning May 13, 2026, the Port of Astoria will be accepting proposals for engineering services for the haul out piers at the Port of Astoria Pier 3 Boatyard. Solicitation documents may be obtained at the Port office or accessed and downloaded from the Port's website here: www.portofastoria.com/Public_Notice.aspx. Prequalification is not necessary.
