PREQUALIFIED BIDDERSCorvallis School District 509J is accepting bids from the following pre-qualified General Contractors for the Osborn Aquatic Center Roof Structural Repair Project:

· GENERAL CONTRACTOR BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE TO:

· Bids will be received until: June 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM, local time at the District Office.
· The envelope shall be clearly marked: "Osborn Aquatic Center Structural Roof Repair"
· Bid documents and plans may be obtained from the General Contractors listed above or from the Daily Journal of Commerce Plan Center after 4pm on May 7th, 2026.
· Prequalified General Contractors shall register for a mandatory pre-bid conference by emailing kim.patten@corvallis.k12.or.us AND resau@dlrgroup.com no later than May 14, 2026 at 10 AM. The conference will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time via Microsoft Teams. Invitations will be emailed upon registration.
· A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid site tour will be held at Osborn Aquatic Center located at 1940 NW Highland Drive, Corvallis, OR 97330 on May 19, 2026 at 1:30 PM, local time.
· All proposals shall be in the format requested and/or furnished by Corvallis School District, hereinafter referred to as District, or they may be rejected by the District.
· It shall be the proposer's responsibility to ensure that the proposal is delivered before the time and date set for proposal closing as noted in the solicitation.
· District will not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the address listed above. Proposals delivered to another address will be considered non-responsive.

· All bidders shall comply with ORS 279C.800-870, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) requirements and be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
