INVITATION TO BIDSamaritan Health Services (hereafter referred to as the 'Owner') invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals to provide Construction Administration (CA) Services for a water infrastructure project funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The selected firm will provide professional engineering services during construction to ensure the project is completed in accordance with contract documents, applicable codes and standards, and all federal, state, and local requirements, including 2 CFR §§200.317 through 200.327 related to federally funded contracting.
