TRAINING STRUCTURE

CALL FOR BIDSThis project consists of reconstructing approximately 1,200 linear feet along the Wilson River, Tillamook, Oregon, including 16,600 cubic yards of Class 200 Riprap. The engineer's estimate is between Zero Dollars ($0) and Three Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,100,000). Work is to be completed by October 31, 2026
Specifications and bid forms may be viewed at, at Tillamook County Public Works, Attention: Nicole Baldwin, 503 Marolf Loop, Tillamook, Oregon, 97141, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, local time. The specifications and bid forms may be obtained electronically, at no charge, by e-mailing nicole.baldwin@tillamookcounty.gov, or may be purchased at a pre-paid cost of fifty dollars ($50), payable only by check or money order to Tillamook County Public Works, (Allow two (2) workdays for reproduction of plans prior to them being mailed out to requesting contractors.) Each prospective contractor must provide full company name, address, contact name, phone and e-mail address at the time of request.
Bidders will not be required to be pre-qualified under ORS 279B.120.
This contract is for a project that is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Law).
Sealed bids shall be submitted to: Tillamook County Public Works Office, Attention: Nicole Baldwin, 503 Marolf Loop, Tillamook, Oregon 97141. Sealed bids shall be marked "SHILO LEVEE/WILSON RIVER TRAINING STRUCTURE" and be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday June 4, 2026. Bids received after this time shall be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn at any time, prior to opening, upon written request of the bidder. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY WAY OF FAX OR ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE.
All bids will be opened and read aloud in the Tillamook County Public Works' Office located at 503 Marolf Loop, Tillamook, Oregon 97141 at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026.Published May 11, 13, 15, 18, 20 & 22, 2026.
