Local Prevailing TimeThe Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to complete creel survey which will provide data to make real-time management decisions to improve our data workflow processes. We are looking for a system to support our existing products that are available through our ESRI ArcGis central database management system. The end goal is to have an efficient and effective communication process among the CTWS staff, tribal members, co-managers, and partners. The successful contractor will use our existing data management and IT management technological solutions to ensure compatibility and alignment with existing products and capabilities to avoid unnecessary replacement of functional systems.
The project is anticipated to start June 2026 and be completed by September 20, 2026.
The estimated price range for this project is between $50,000 and $250,000. The project is federally funded.
A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM from the Parkdale office. Attendance is not mandatory but highly recommended to have a clear understanding of the project requirements.
