SUMMONS
To: Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Edward George Rau; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Amos D. Cutwright; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of John E. Crawford; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Floy A. Crawford; and All Other Persons or Parties Unknown Claiming Any Right, Title, Lien, or Interest in the Property Described in the Complaint Herein.
You are hereby required to appear and defend the Complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this notice. In case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the complaint, summarized below.
Plaintiffs David H. Potter, Troy Lee Martin, and Roger W. Martin claim an interest in, and possession of, the real property located in Columbia County, Oregon commonly known as “Tax Lot 601” or “Tax Account 442747,” and particularly described as follows: All that part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 5 West of the Willamette Meridian lying East of the Kovack Road. Plaintiffs pray for a decree: 1) requiring Defendants and all persons claiming under Defendants to set forth the nature of their claims, if any, to the property; 2) determining all adverse claims; 3) de claring Plaintiffs to be the owners in fee simple of the property, and quieting title to the premises in Plaintiffs; 4) enjoining Defendants and those claiming under Defendants from asserting any interest in the premises; and 5) awarding Plaintiffs their costs and disbursements.
