The Central Point Police          Department has in its physical possession the following              unclaimed personal property:     Bicycles, backpacks, phones, electronics, and other personal items. If you have any ownership interest in any of the unclaimed property, you must file a claim with the Central Point Police       Department within 30 days from the date of publication of this      notice, or you will lose your         interest in that property in          accordance with ORS 98.245. Sufficient description of the          property to establish reasonable certainty that the person claiming the property is the owner must be presented. To file a claim contact the Central Point Police               Department at 155 S 2nd St., Central Point, OR 97502 or by phone at 541-664-5578 ext. 605.
