	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tarah Ward has been appointed as the Personal Representative.  All persons having claims against the Estate are required to present them to the Personal Representative in care of her attorney, Jana J. Triska, at Chenoweth Law Group, 510 SW Fifth Ave., Fourth Floor, Portland, OR 97204, within four months after the date of first publication of this notice, or the claims may be barred.
