NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Donald Lewis Cathcart, who died on February 6, 2026, was the Settlor of the Cathcart Family Trust dated May 17, 2016.  Stephanie Cathcart is the trustee of the trust.  All persons having claims against the trust are required to present them to the undersign Trustee, in care of the attorney for Trustee,  Krider Law Office, LLC, 203 N. Main Street; Prineville, OR 97754, within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, as stated below or such claims may be barred.
