PUBLIC NOTICE
This City of Dundee is considering prohibiting vehicle
drive throughs in the Community Commercial Zoning
District. The proposed text changes would remove drive
throughs from the Community Commercial (C) zoning dis-
trict, which would prohibit drive through establishments
throughout the City of Dundee. Additionally, the proposal
would remove drive through design standards from the De-
velopment Code, as this use would no longer be permitted
in any zoning district within the City.
