SPECIAL PROCUREMENTThe North Plains City Council is the Local Contract Review Board ("LCRB") for the City of North Plains ("City").
The City, gives notice of its intent to adopt findings for an exemption from competitive bidding under ORS 279B.085(4), which authorizes a LCRB to exempt certain contracts from competitive proposal or bidding requirements, upon approval of certain findings of fact.
The proposed adoption of findings for an exemption from competitive proposals under ORS 279B.085(4) are for accounting and finance support services and direct award of the contract to Merina & Company, LLP.
Public Notice and Public Meeting:
As required by ORS 279B.085(5), the City published notice for interested parties to request a public hearing to comment on these findings in the _____2026 edition of the Daily Journal of Commerce.
