REQUEST FOR BIDS The West Shore School District requests bids for purchase and installation of the following: One (1) double stack steamer similar to Cleveland SteamChefTM 3, model 22CET3.1, single compartment 208V, up to 30 AMP, 3 Phase boilerless electric style heating system on top of a Cleveland SteamChef 6, model 22CET66.1 single compartment 3 208V, up to 30 AMP, 3 Phase electric boilerless style heating system. Standard 60-minute electromechanical timers. Capacity for three 2.5" (1/1 G/N, 65 mm) full size steam table pans in top compartment and six 2.5" (1/1 G/N, 65 mm) full size steam table pans in bottom compartment. Includes 1/2" ball valve style automatic drains. Automatic water level controls. Heavy gauge stainless steel cooking compartment. KleanShieldTM clean cavity protection. 4" Adjustable Legs. Requires field installation. Includes Stacking Stand and Common Drain and Water Connection Manifold. A mandatory 1:30 PM pre-bid meeting will be held on May 20, 2026 at Cedar Cliff High School.
