Notice of intent of West York Borough to adopt an Ordinance Establishing the Snow Emergency and Disaster Management Act at duly advertised meeting which shall take place no later than 60 days from the date of publication of this notice, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. at the West York Borough Municipal Building, 1381 W. Poplar St., York, PA 17404. The Ordinance establishes rules, regulations and responsibilities for snow emergencies and local disaster emergencies and provides penalties for enforcement. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the West York Borough Office at the Borough Building, or the Law Resource Center, located at 45 N. George St., York, PA 17401 during normal business hours.
